Esperanza, the South of France organization supporting road crash victims and working against road violence and Initiator of the Light of Hope Initiative, has again, as in past years, asked their municipality to illuminate all public buildings - as has been done in previous years, and the public to light their homes and gardens with candles or electric lights – during the World Day of Remembrance, but especially between 6pm and 8pm..

And Esperanza will again organize the transfer of the Light of Hope by video-conference from Europe (France, Haute-Savoie) to Latin America – Mexico and Uruguay

.

Illumination of civic buildings and shops - to pay tribute to road traffic victims

• Lighting of candles in homes (with a target to have several villages lit) local communities and religious meetings, on Sunday night from 6pm to 11pm

• Coordination of actions connected with the Light of Hope initiative - from Europe to America (Mexico and Uruguay) - through a conference call and virtual exchange of the ‘Light of Hope’.
