Events to be held in Delhi, India, for World Day of Remembrance 2008 Organised and promoted by IRTE - the Institute for Road Traffic Education IRTE has sent Posters to all Police Departments in India, and Schools and Colleges in Delhi - informing them of the observance of the World Day of Remembrance.
