South Africa remembers road crash victims on World Day in 2007

SADD (South Africans Against Drunk Driving) of Pietermaritzburg, again observed the World Day
of Remembrance in 2007.

SADD founder Mrs Caro Smit wrote:

“We had many good articles about the World Day of Remembrance in two main newspapers,
we had a display with a crashed car, crosses, coffins and banners, paraplegics took part in our
event, we handed out breathalyzer and buckle up stickers to1000's of motorists - it was very moving.

We also had services in different Churches.”
